What is Ulefone Care and how does it work?

Ulefone Care is an additional protection for your Ulefone smartphone or tablet. It takes over where your warranty ends and provides you with extra protection in case of accidental damage or incidents with your Ulefone smartphone or tablet. It is NOT an insurance and does NOT cover theft or loss.

What does Ulefone Care cost?

Ulefone Care costs 999 SEK for a full year when you sign up for a 12-month subscription.

How much is the deductible if I need to use Ulefone Care?

The deductible when you use Ulefone Care is 500 SEK (excl. VAT for businesses). The deductible is paid upon approval of the repair.

How many times can I use Ulefone Care?

You can make up to two claims per 12-month period.

How long is my Ulefone Care valid?

Ulefone Care is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How do I purchase Ulefone Care?

You can only purchase Ulefone Care on ulefone.se in conjunction with the purchase of a smartphone or tablet.

Here's how to purchase Ulefone Care when shopping on ulefone.se:

1. Select your Ulefone smartphone or tablet and any other products you want and add them to your cart.
2. Search for "Ulefone Care" in the search bar.
3. Add the number of Ulefone Care items you want to your cart (e.g., 2 if you bought a tablet and a smartphone, or 2 smartphones. If you only want Ulefone Care+ for one of two devices, choose one and we will contact you for details about which device should have the protection, or make 2 separate purchases if possible).
4. Proceed to checkout.
5. Complete the purchase.
6. Done! All documentation will be sent to you by email.
7. You will then receive an invoice by email once a month for payment of Ulefone Care+ if you have not paid for the entire period in advance.
